历史沿革[edit]
1950年起，村先后隶属洋埔乡、茶亭区与城关公社，1961年后归音西公社管辖。1970年起村落归宏路公社管理，当时称前亭大队。[2]
1979年因与他处同名，改称北前亭大队；同年，原前亭大队所含的前亭、高仑、洋梓三村各自设立村委会。[2]
1979年北前亭村委会成立，下设13个村民小组，隶属宏路镇；2005年12月宏路镇改设街道，村归石竹街道。[2]
