柏渡村是龙山街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区。村名出自旧时海口港渡口以松柏搭造渡船的习俗。[1]

名称由来[edit]

明清时期，村前海口港的渡口利用林中松柏搭造简陋渡船，登船的码头被称为「松柏渡」，后简称柏渡。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属感德乡新安里，有厚泽境、攀龙境；明代归西隅新安里4图。1910年为海口镇辖地，1943年分为6甲，设柏渡保，隶属海口镇元龙乡。[1]

1950年归第二区柏渡乡；1958年设柏渡大队，由海口公社管辖。1984年起称村委会，归海口镇。2005年12月并入龙山街道。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，省农业农村厅把柏渡村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2023年11月，柏渡村被命名为「2023年度福州市“绿盈乡村”建设中级版村庄」。[1]
