融东社区是龙山街道下辖的社区，属主城区。社区1997年5月成立新居时取名「融东」，因其原属融城镇东部。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1993年5月，融东一带由瑞云居委会拆分新居，并入东皋社区；1997年5月，又自东皋社区析出，成立融东社区居委会。2005年12月划入龙山街道。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名融东社区为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
