名称来源[edit]
此地位于城西，解放初居民多为农业户。后来农家日子渐好，故以「庆云」之景取名，定作西云。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，这里成立西云合作社，归第15区西大街。1956年建西云高级社，1958年改为西云大队，隶属城关公社。1967年一度改称东升大队，1984年改为村委会，隶属融城镇；之后恢复西云村的名称。[1][2]
