国彩村是福建省福州市平潭县苏平镇下辖的行政村，位于海坛北部沿海突出部，原为白青乡中心地段，过去兼作该乡的政治、商贸、文化中心。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地在1951年归五区（平原区）管辖，1956年改划苏澳区。1958年设伯塘大队，隶属平原分社；1962年改名国彩大队；1982年由平原公社分出，归白青公社；1984年由大队转为村委会。2021年4月乡镇区划调整后，国彩村改隶苏平镇。[1]

全村9个村民小组，共1033户、3117人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2012年10月，司法部、民政部将国彩村确定为「第五批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」。2015年10月，国彩村入选「福建省第一批省级传统村落」。2020年11月，国彩村入选「2020年福建省金牌旅游村」名单。2024年6月，国彩村列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
