梧凤村是福建省福州市平潭县苏平镇下辖的行政村，由东梧凤和西梧凤两个自然村组成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期此地设乡，合作化时期并入合作社，1958年公社化后设大队；1971年分队另立梧凤大队，1984年由大队转为村委会。2021年4月乡镇区划调整后，梧凤村改隶苏平镇。[1]
