历史沿革[edit]

1958年属平原分社。1961年分队后另立西楼大队，隶属苏澳公社。1981年一度改称南楼大队，随即恢复原名。1984年起设村委会。2021年4月乡镇区划调整后，西楼村改隶苏平镇。[1]
