苏平镇是福建省福州市平潭县下辖的镇，镇域主要在平潭岛北部，并包括大练岛、小练岛和麒麟岛等岛屿。2021年4月，经福建省人民政府批准，苏澳、平原两镇与大练、白青两乡的辖区合并为苏平镇，政府驻地在平原村。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

苏平镇的前身是平潭北部的四个乡镇。2021年的乡镇区划调整把苏澳、平原两镇与大练、白青两乡并入一个新镇。新镇取名苏平，沿用了苏澳、平原两个原镇的名字，两地都是平潭北部的重要集镇，因此以此定名，为的是保留地名文化。[1][2][3]

地理环境[edit]

镇域的北部是麒麟岛的顶端，青峰村位于白青乡东北角，是平潭县最北端的村落。大练岛上有立新村，小练岛上有西礁、秀礁、东礁等村，岛上以渔业和养殖业为主。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

石牌洋景区位于看澳村西侧海面，离岸500多米，属于国家级海坛风景名胜区。景区以一块圆盘形礁石托着两块碑形海蚀柱为主景，远望像一条船上升起的两面风帆，因此又称半洋石帆或双帆石。其中一根海蚀柱约33米高，另一根约17米高。据地质学者考证，它是花岗岩球状风化海蚀柱。景区目前禁止登岛，只许远观。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2021年，福建省把苏平镇列为全域生态旅游小镇之一。2022年11月，文化和旅游部公布的「第二批全国乡村旅游重点镇（乡）」名单中有苏平片区。[1][3]
