马腿村是君山镇下辖的行政村，1984年设立马腿村委会。[1]

百度百科称该村原位于平潭岛西侧，2007年12月并入大地村后废止；博雅地名网则仍将其列为君山镇下辖的行政村。两处资料相异，并列于此。[2][1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年前，此地隶属中楼区十八垱。1949年至1958年间属中楼公社中楼大队。1958年10月设芦洋农场，此地为第四作业区，1963年设18生产队。[1]

1970年芦洋农场解体，改归中楼公社芦南大队；1979年农场复办，此地又归芦洋农场，名称恢复为第四作业区。1984年始称马腿村，设村委会。[1]

2021年4月，由芦洋乡改归君山镇。[1]
