东美村是君山镇下辖的行政村，1996年自东海村委会析出，单独设立村委会。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年此地属裕藩乡，1957年并入裕藩高级社，1958年归裕藩大队；1961年分队时划入东海大队。[1]
1984年仍属东海村委会，1996年分出，单独设立东美村委会。2021年，它随原流水镇的村庄转归君山镇。[1]
