君山镇位于平潭县境内，东临台湾海峡，北接东庠乡，南与海坛街道相邻，西与苏平镇接壤。[1]

该镇于2021年4月设立，由流水镇、中楼乡、芦洋乡三者合并组成，镇政府驻流水村。辖区内有2个社区与44个行政村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

新镇的范围即原三个乡镇的范围合并而来，行政界线未作改动。[1][3]

2021年8月，君山镇被列入「第一批全国乡村旅游重点镇（乡）」名单。2025年4月，该镇成为「第三批省级乡村振兴示范乡镇」的创建对象。[1]

镇域面积为106.56平方千米。[1]

平潭县最高峰君山，君山村位于其正北，磹水村位于其西北，渔屿村位于其东北。[4][5][6]
