流东村位于福建省福州市平潭县海坛街道中部，原属岚城乡，距平潭县城约4公里。村民由流水、东场两个公社迁居而来，村名也取自这两地各一字。全村现有人口750人，169户（博雅地名网，未注明年份）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1968年，流水、东场两公社的移民来此开垦荒地，设立流水分场。1975年成立大队，属红心公社（今岚城乡）；1984年改为村委会。[1]
