正旺村位于福建省福州市平潭县海坛街道，位于平潭综合实验区开发开放的枢纽地带，东侧毗邻环岛路上红岩海滨山庄一段，西面紧挨规划中的高铁中心站。村下辖井孟垄、一埠、小头、小岭四个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国初期，这一带属候均区管辖。1958年撤并乡，村归中楼乡；1961年改属中楼公社。1970年划出，成立正旺大队，隶属红心公社（即今岚城乡）；1984年改为村委会。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。2024年2月，村被确定为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象。[1]
