城南村位于福建省福州市平潭县海坛街道，位于原潭城镇的中心区域。村下辖五个街庄，有12个村民小组，常住人口4601人，农业人口2623人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年下半年，镇内农户并入一个城关大队。1972年该大队析为四个，潭城南部七个自然村另立城南大队，至1984年大队改设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年2月，城南村入选「第八批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」名单；同年12月，村又入选「全国村级议事协商创新实验试点单位」。[1]
