右营社区位于福建省福州市平潭县海坛街道，是城中的一个社区。清朝时期这里设有右营衙署，社区由此得名。社区下辖八个街庄，常住人口3904人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区于1979年开始设置，起初属城关居委会。1981年，辖区的一部分另组成观音井居委会。2003年6月，该居委会经改制后改用如今的名称。[1]
