樟江村位于福州市永泰县白云乡西北部，海拔约550米，属丘陵地带。村境东接寨里村，西接红星乡，南接清凉镇，北接大坪村。[1][2]

村名经过几次改动：原名翔峰，因峰峦环绕而得名；后谐音改作常丰，再因“樟”与“翔”“常”、“江”与“丰”读音相近，改称樟江。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1915年至1935年，此地归北区管辖。1961年，白云人民公社樟江生产大队得以成立；1984年改为樟江村委会。清代，此地属中和乡新丰里十九都。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村域面积15平方千米。一条白云至闽清县的公路贯穿村境。村中水利设施包括一座小型水库和800米长的灌溉渠道。村内有完小一所，医疗所一所，有线电视覆盖全村。[1][2]

人口与民族[edit]

全村现有1464人，共320户，下辖樟江、里洋、大乾、小利洋、利畲五个自然村，分为16个村民小组，村民分为汉族与畲族。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以种植业为主，耕地1818亩，人均约1.24亩，粮食能够自给。有林地8690亩，竹林600亩。李果、茶叶、月柿、青梅等经济作物约400亩，蔬菜中，苦瓜、青瓜、槟榔芋的种植面积合计800亩。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办把樟江村定为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
