寨里村位于福州市永泰县白云乡西南部，海拔约520米，属丘陵地带。村境东接白云村，西接樟江村，南接陈家村，北接闽侯县岩石村。[1][2]

村名取自村内两个较大的自然村，竹头寨与让里各取一字；村址又位于竹头寨之中，故名寨里。村内的竹头寨是乡里列出的四寨之一。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年，寨里生产大队隶属白云人民公社；1984年改为白云乡寨里村委会。清代，此地属中和乡新丰里十九都。[1][3]

地理环境[edit]

村域面积8.5平方千米。白云乡通往闽清县的公路穿过村境；村中有一座小型水库，另有900米灌溉渠道。村里设医疗所一所，有线电视覆盖全村。[1][2]

人口[edit]

全村1300人、380户，下辖七个自然村，依次为竹头寨、让里、斜坡垄、洋当山、水湾里、高山寨和棋柄。分为20个村民小组，村民都是汉族。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以种植业为主，耕地1313亩，有林地7350亩，竹林578亩。李果、茶叶、月柿、青梅等经济作物约300亩，村内蔬菜种植约800亩。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

竹头寨在村内2号，依山势而建。两重屏障之间有一块石岗隆起，形状像竹子的头部，故名竹头寨。该寨由黄萃容始建，黄萃容号明官，所以又称明官寨。全寨分上寨和下寨，上寨如今只剩门楼。[3]

下寨建于光绪十年（1884年），寨墙内部占地3796平方米，另有5608平方米的建筑面积。格局中轴对称，为土木结构、分两进，全寨有七个门，门与门之间有排水沟道相连。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2025年11月，寨里村被定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。2019年6月，寨里村入选「第五批中国传统村落」名录。[1][3]
