地名由来[edit]
村前有一处形似“台”字的小山坡，原称台尾。民国初年，因村周围有一片肥沃的良田，人们各取溪流与农田的一字，改称坂尾。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
清代此地归中和乡新丰里十九都，民国时属县北区。1958年它归白云公社官村管理区，编为坂尾生产大队；1961年改属红星人民公社；1984年设为红星乡坂尾村委会。[2]
