富洋村在霞拔乡西南部，离乡政府约4公里。它东侧与后官村为邻，南面挨着南坪村，西面接东洋乡周坑村，北面与锦安村相连。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清两代，富洋地属中和乡二十二都高盖里厚溪境，分为大富洋与小富洋两处。民国时它与南坪、后官同归霞东乡赛南保；人民公社时期与后官共用一个大队，1984年设为富洋村。[1]
人物与姓氏[edit]
村中饶姓始祖饶荣公追随明太祖，官授南京经历（五品）。公元1404年，他奉旨率军来永泰戍垦落户，至今已有六百多年。[1]

村境有七重漈瀑布，水尾宫、丹坵仑古厝及虎、象、狮三山蟠镇村口等胜景尚待开发。[1]
