锦安村在霞拔乡西部，东面与霞拔村为邻，西侧靠东洋乡的西塘、茂楼两村，南面挨着富洋村与东洋乡周坑村，北边与长中村、上和村接界。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
早年此地称永福县三十都和平乡感应里。村中黄、林两姓：黄姓始祖仓山公明万历年间由尤溪迁入，林姓始祖而远公清康熙年间自德化来此，定居于下村自然村。[1]
祠堂与寨堡[edit]
锦安黄氏宗祠位于本村，1716年（康熙丙申年）始建，正厅曾悬两块清代匾额，分别题“文魁”“武魁”。[3]
村内的积善堂在长万自然村，由黄学猷始建于清嘉庆十年（1805年），寨堡呈八角形。谷贻堂也在本村，由黄孟钢始建于清咸丰十年（1860年）。[3]
庄寨文化[edit]
永泰县人民政府网2024年7月的报道称，本乡以锦安“父子三庄寨”为基础打造“庄寨文化”。[2]
经济[edit]
村民多外出务工经商。种植作物以蕉芋、芙蓉李、青梅、水稻、板栗为主，蕉芋粉丝加工是村中的特色产业，竹、草编也带动了家庭经济。[1]
