霞拔村是霞拔乡政府的驻地所在，属乡内的行政村。村子东面挨着福长村，南边是仁里村和后官村，西侧与锦安村毗连，北侧接壤上和村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名早先写作下弼村，属永福县二十二都中和乡高盖里。清代归中和乡官贤里管辖；1958年划入大洋公社的霞拔管理区，设生产大队；1961年并入霞拔人民公社；1984年改设霞拔村民委员会，归霞拔乡领导。[1][3]

地理与村落[edit]

境内有一条由大洋通往东洋的公路，每个自然村都有机耕道可以到达，全村辖10个自然村。[1]

人文[edit]

宋代村人杜申，字景崇，生卒年为1131年至1184年，于宋乾道五年（1169年）中郑侨榜进士。村中的杜申故居宋代营建，最初称「学士府」，后改为杜氏宗祠，2007年4月被公布为县级文物保护单位。[1][2]

2006年，村子被县综治委授予「平安村」称号。2024年1月，村子被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1][3]

2010年全村农民人均收入为5333元。村内设有卫生所、老人会与中心小学各一所。[1]
