茂楼村是福建省福州市永泰县东洋乡下辖的行政村，位于县境西北部，北靠莲花山，西与闽清县上莲乡上峰村交界。全村面积5.7平方千米，辖3个自然村。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自古时山林茂密，先民在此建造山楼居住。[1]

清代此地属和平乡保德里三十都。人民公社时期，村先并入东洋管理区，随后单设茂楼生产大队，归东洋人民公社管辖；1984年起改设茂楼村委会。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予茂楼村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
