祥銮村是福建省福州市永泰县洑口乡的行政村，位于乡境东部，下辖3个自然村。[1][2]

村名旧称「沉潭」。乾隆年间，村人柯方栋考中解元，村人认为「沉潭」之名不雅，遂改称「祥銮」，取吉祥府第之意。[1][2]

清代此地属和平乡应达里三十六都。[1]

1958年，祥銮并入嵩口公社，成为洑口管理区下的祥銮生产大队；1961年划归洑口人民公社，队名未改；1984年，洑口乡设祥銮村委会。[1]

村民以种植水稻为主，另有李果、茶子油与青梅等作物。[1][2]
