清代村地归中和乡龙津里二十五都管辖。[1]

1958年划归梧桐公社的白叶管理区，设石竹生产大队；1961年随赤锡人民公社设立，仍称石竹生产大队；1984年改设赤锡乡石竹村委会。[1]
