历史沿革[edit]
清代，村地隶属中和乡龙津里的二十五都。1915年至1935年间属中区；1950年至1951年划入第二区。[1]
1958年，村子归梧桐公社的白叶管理区，设白叶生产大队；1961年随赤锡人民公社成立，仍为白叶生产大队；1984年起设赤锡乡白叶村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
村名的来历：古时山上林木茂密，生有柯梨树，春季开花，满山一片白色，故名白叶。[1]
