历史沿革[edit]

1915年至1935年间，此地归中区管辖；清代则属中和乡龙津里二十五都。[1]

1958年，村子归梧桐公社白叶管理区，称云岭生产大队；1961年赤锡人民公社设立，村改属其下。1984年起设赤锡乡云岭村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

村名的由来与地形有关：从赤锡去村部，沿途全是石质山岭，路径盘旋，人如入云端，村名因此称为云岭。[1]
