德洋村位于富泉乡境内，是全乡地势最高的村。维基百科记该村海拔650米，博雅地名网记为677米。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名以“德”字冠首，先祖最早在洋面田的上方开基定居。[1]

1958年村地归城关人民公社富泉管理区；1961年改设富泉人民公社，村为德洋生产大队；1984年改设富泉乡德洋村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村内的草山水库属小二型水库。[1]
