七漈村位于大洋镇东南部，东南方向与富泉乡相接，西北面与青峰村相邻。村子距永泰县城15公里，离镇政府18公里，两地之间都有乡村公路。村内共有三个自然村：七际、田头、燕矛。[1][2][3]

地名由来[edit]

大洋溪流经此地，沿途共有七处瀑布，即“漈”。村庄位于第七处瀑布，故名。[1]

建制沿革[edit]

1961年设七漈生产大队，1984年，此处改设樟洋乡下的七漈村委会。2004年随大洋镇的建制调整，村委会定名七漈。“漈”与“际”为方言通假字。[3]

自然与物产[edit]

富泉溪从村中穿过，灌溉村里的农田，村内建有一座小型水电站。村中生态公益林为全镇第二大林区。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，七漈村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
