联坪村是永泰县同安镇的行政村，旧名黄莲坪，因村庄地势呈莲花状、坪地相连，「连」与「联」谐音，遂改称联坪。[1]

地名与历史沿革[edit]

村子原名黄莲坪。村庄地势呈莲花状，分为几处相连的坪地，「连」与「联」在方言中谐音，遂定名联坪。[1]

清代，村子属中和乡唐元里的二十四都。1961年编入同安人民公社，设为联坪生产大队；1984年改由同安乡管辖，设联坪村民委员会；1992年改为同安镇联坪村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，村庄获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
