上庄村是永泰县同安镇的行政村，村名沿用旧称「上庄」，意为上面的村庄。[1]

地名与历史沿革[edit]

村子位于同安镇区的上部，历来俗称「上庄」，村名由此而来。[1]

清代，村子属中和乡官贤里的二十三都。1961年编入同安人民公社，设为上庄生产大队；1984年改由同安乡管辖，设上庄村民委员会；1992年改为同安镇上庄村民委员会。[1]
