中洋村位于长庆镇中部，北面紧挨梅楼村，西侧是上洋村与南尾村，东侧则与长庆村接壤。村名旧作洙洋，村民以朱姓为多，据博雅地名网所载，朱氏村民系朱熹后裔。村中的朱氏祖宅与宗祠保留着明代建筑的风貌。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村民以朱、玉、魏三姓为主。朱亚春是朱熹的第十代后人，他原住浙江长兴县白溪，明宣德九年（1434年）迁来中洋村定居，此后子孙繁衍至今。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

朱氏祖宅于明嘉靖十九年（1540年）重建，经多次整修，至今仍具明代建筑的样貌。宗祠则创建于明万历四十一年（1613年），清光绪初年扩建，2005年又做过一次大修。两处建筑是村中明清两代的代表性建筑。[2]

人物[edit]

中洋村朱氏族人中，清嘉庆六年（1801年）中进士的朱饧谷，后任四川泸州知州，后来迁居福州。[2]
