古岸村隶属福建省福州市永泰县清凉镇，位于镇的东南部，离镇所在地约1.5公里。村名来自周围山势如一群飞雁，「群雁」与「古岸」在方言里读音相近。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1992年，清凉乡的古岸村民委员会改制为镇属的村民委员会，其前身是1984年设立的村民委员会。在更早的人民公社时期，这里归清凉管理区管辖，生产大队以古岸为名。1915年至1935年间划入北区，清代则隶属中和乡光德里。[1]

2021年11月，村庄获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。2023年11月，又被列入「2023年度福州市绿盈乡村建设中级版村庄」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域东与乐山村为邻，西面连着清凉村，南侧与城关接壤，北面与芹洋村相接。耕地面积约1100亩，林地约8000亩，果林约2292亩，果树以青梅和李为主。[2]
