历史沿革[edit]
村名源于当地丰富的温泉资源。村落由汤口尾、马洋、青竹坑和下林四个自然村构成，村部在汤口尾。[1][2]
清代，村域属中和乡元铺里十二都；民国时期，1915年至1935年间归县区管理。1958年，汤洋一带隶属城关公社城关管理区，设立温岐生产大队；1961年起归城关人民公社，成为汤洋生产大队。1984年改设城峰乡汤洋村委会，1992年起称城峰镇汤洋村民委员会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
据百度百科，村内的塔山公园里有永泰革命烈士墓、联奎塔和三元祠，村中还保留有清代的雷氏民居。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，汤洋村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
