龙峰村是城峰镇东部的行政村，位于大樟溪北岸，东邻太原村，西与樟城镇接壤。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村域在清代属中和乡元铺里的十二都。1958年，村子隶属城关公社的城关管理区，设为龙峰生产大队；1961年改由城关人民公社直辖，名称不变。「文革」期间一度改称东风生产大队，1981年复原名。1984年，村级组织改为城峰乡下的龙峰村委会；1992年再改为城峰镇的龙峰村民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域地处大樟溪北岸的丘陵地带，行政区域呈东西狭长分布，村域东端与太原村交界处海拔135米。村内有后垅、龙峰园、小东坑等自然村，江滨等商住小区也在村内。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，龙峰村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
