九老村坐落于葛岭镇西南一隅。东侧是葛岭村，西侧为溪西村，南边与溪南村相接，北面通向王布村。全村辖有三岛、里山岛、过溪厝和九老四个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年，此地成为葛岭人民公社的九老大队。“文革”期间村名曾改为「光辉」，1981年恢复旧名。[1]

1984年随公社改设乡，称九老村委会；1992年改为葛岭镇的九老村委会。[1]
