葛岭镇是福建省福州市永泰县下辖的一个镇，位于县境东部，东邻塘前乡，西连城峰镇，南与岭路乡相接。镇人民政府驻葛岭村，全镇辖2个社区、16个行政村。[1][2]

镇域四周群山环绕，大樟溪自境内横贯东西，沿岸有方广岩寺、天门山景区、赤壁景区和欧乐堡海洋世界等景点。镇政府距永泰县城约10公里，距福州市区约21公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

镇名来历有一则传说：境内有一座山形如飞凤，名为「凤岭」，相传葛仙君曾游历此岭，此地因而称葛岭。[4]

南宋时此地划归丰和乡的保安里。元朝把它分成四至七都，明清两代依旧隶属丰和乡保安里。[1][4]

民国初年属东区，民国二十五年（1936年）改为四区，民国二十七年（1938年）改称葛岭乡。[1][4]

新中国成立后，1958年此地先设为城关人民公社的管理区，1961年才独立成为葛岭人民公社。1978年，原属的大樟、官烈、莒口、岭头、芋坑、赤鲤六个生产大队另外组成塘前乡。葛岭人民公社于1984年改称葛岭乡，1992年再改设为镇。[1][4]

2019年6月，葛岭镇增设方广、梅岩2个社区居民委员会。[3]

交通[edit]

镇内有省道203线贯穿，大樟溪沿线也有道路相通，福永高速公路连接镇区东西两端，镇区东片设有高速互通口。台口村距永泰东出口仅约2公里。[1]

地理环境[edit]

镇内最高处为赤壁天池山，海拔1100米，其余山地环绕成盆地状。大樟溪在境内东西向流过，干流长约17公里，沿途接纳赤壁、葛岭、溪西等溪流在内的6条支流。[1]

年平均气温约19摄氏度，年降雨量约1483.8毫米，无霜期约296天。镇内有温泉带，已开发的温泉井有13口，水温一般在50至70摄氏度之间。[1]

森林资源丰富，森林覆盖率据永泰县人民政府网站载为77.9%（未注统计年份），省级藤山自然保护区的一部分位于境内。境内有方广水库一座，供农田灌溉和饮水，另有东洋、赤壁等水库数座。[1]

矿产主要有钼矿，分布在蕉坑村和蒲边村一带；膨胀珍珠岩产于万石村一带；辉绿岩见于溪洋、蕉坑、赤壁一带；柴砂土分布于葛岭、巫洋等地。[1]

镇辖区内设有福州工商学院一所高等院校，另有一所中学、一所小学和一所中心幼儿园。镇综合文化中心设有图书室、电子阅览室和室内健身场所。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2014年，环境保护部授予葛岭镇「国家级生态乡镇」称号，统计对象为2012至2013年度。[4]

2020年，葛岭镇获评福建省级文明乡镇。[1]

2022年12月，福建省爱国卫生运动委员会将葛岭镇命名为「福建省卫生乡镇」。[4]

2022年12月，葛岭镇创建成为「永泰县葛岭省级旅游度假区」。[1]

2024年4月，省级乡村振兴示范乡镇的第三批创建名单中有葛岭镇。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

方广岩寺位于镇域内的方广岩洞中，属福建省文物保护单位。寺始建于宋建隆二年（961年），明清时多次修缮，殿宇依山而建，部分悬于洞穴之中。[1][5][6]

将军堂建筑群位于蒲边村，为福建省级文物保护单位，由将军堂和桃源宫两组建筑组成，年代为明清。[1][7]

天门山景区位于溪洋村境内，是国家水利风景区，2011年被评为「国家4A级旅游区」。[1][8]

欧乐堡海洋世界于2019年元旦开始营业，现已被评为「国家4A级旅游景区」，园内有海洋馆、水上乐园和海洋主题酒店。[1][9]

赤壁景区位于镇域内，距福州市区约37公里，森林、温泉和峡谷资源丰富。2024年，景区被评为「3A级旅游景区」。[1][10]

镇内有1个国家级传统村落，据福州市公路事业发展中心所载，为巫洋村。[1][11]
