盘洋村位于永泰县西部，东侧与仙游县里洋相连，西邻梧桐镇区，距县城约37公里，离梧桐镇约3公里。村落古称“岩谷”，亦称“盘谷”“永盘”，清末改称盘洋。全村下辖4个自然村，截至2014年3月，户籍人口2544人，792户。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取义于地处梧桐高山地区，群山环绕，中间形成一块洋中盆地。1958年起归梧桐公社管理，1961年改属梧桐人民公社，1984年划入梧桐乡，1989年归梧桐镇。[1]
2021年11月，村里被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2024年6月，盘洋村入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」；2025年5月，被认定为「福州市2025年市级‘一村一品’专业村」，主导产业为油茶。[1][3]
地理环境[edit]
村周群山起伏，山形各异，西溪流经村内，灌溉农田。村内森林面积10944亩，农田910亩。[2]
经济[edit]
村民历来以种植杉木、松木为主。气候适宜油茶生长，油茶种植面积约2000亩，茶油出油率较高，是村民的重要收入来源。[2][3]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内有清康熙年间起造的神母宫，雍正年间起造的圣群宫，乾隆年间始建的元庙，以及郭、陈、林三姓的古宅和祠堂。[2]
