三洋村位于福建省福州市闽清县下祝乡西北部，距乡政府约2公里，全村面积5.5平方千米。[1]
村名经历过一次更改：此地原名「后洋」，因村前有前洋村而得名；1980年全县地名普查时，县内有三个大队同名，遂改名为「三洋」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代归奉政乡安仁里，元代为十九都之下的后洋村，明代与二十都诸都合为一图，清代属怀德乡后洋村，民国时属杉村乡洋前保。[1]
新中国成立后，此地先为后洋乡，1951年并入前洋乡，1956年隶东桥区。1958年起分属火箭、东桥两公社，1961年归下祝公社后洋大队。1984年7月乡政府成立后，三洋成为乡属村委会。[1]
