溪柄村是闽清县三溪乡下辖的行政村，位于闽清县南部边缘，与永泰县相邻，距闽清县城四十多公里。村名取自它位于溪源溪最上游的位置，多条小溪在此汇入溪源溪，故称溪柄。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属永宁乡孝顺里，清代属旌良乡，民国时期属玉文镇溪源保。1950年至1954年属第五区一个乡，1955年至1957年属坂东区一个乡，1958年至1960年属坂东公社一个大队。[1][2]

1961年至1963年曾单设溪柄大队，1964年回并溪源大队；直到1977年才再度析出。1980年三溪公社重设后，溪柄仍是其下的一个大队；1984年7月乡政府成立，本村转为乡属村民委员会。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

位于村东大山中际头坑上的溪柄石梁廊屋桥，据记载建于北宋大观四年，即1110年，民国丁巳年曾经重修。石梁上刻有较多文字，其中可辨认「大观四年」等字，这说明此桥距今已近九百年。[3]

民国时期桥面曾经拓宽，并加盖了桥亭，因此桥兼具宋代石梁构造与民国时期的工艺。[3]
