际上村位于云龙乡南面的山间，村委会驻际上自然村，村中有际上石刻群。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
村子处于口尾溪的险段，溪水在此形成一组多级叠连的瀑布，人称水漈。村址位于水漈上方，原名漈上，后简称沶上，又更名际上。[1]
明清时称二都漈上。民国时设漈上保，归白台乡。1950年隶属际竹乡，并归第一区；1955年改归梅城镇，1956年划入白樟区。1958年设立际上大队，隶属白樟公社；1961年归云龙公社，1964年又回白樟公社，1984年设村委会，1987年8月重归云龙乡。[1]
村庄是北宋名士陈祥道、陈旸的故里。[3]
2020年2月，际上村列入「福建省第三批省级传统村落」名单。[1] 2021年11月，村里被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1] 2022年10月，际上村被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1] 2023年11月，村庄被命名为「2023年度福州市绿盈乡村建设中级版村庄」。[1]
