台鼎村位于云龙乡的中心，原名台峰，因「峰」与「鼎」意思相近而改名台鼎，村委会驻台鼎自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时此地称二都台头村，民国时设台云保，归白台乡。[1]
1950年这里设立云龙乡，隶属第一区；1956年成立台鼎高级社，1961年归云龙公社，1964年改归白樟公社。1984年设村委会，1987年重新划回云龙乡。[1]
2020年6月，村里入选福建省级乡村治理示范村名单。[2]
2021年11月，台鼎村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
