洋里村隶属福建省福州市闽清县省璜镇，位于县境南部，在镇政府西北面，距镇政府约2公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代，洋中、际里两个自然村合并为一村，取两个自然村名中的一字，定名洋里。[1]
新中国成立后，该村先隶胜利乡，后归下垅乡，1956年至1957年属省璜乡；1958年归省璜公社，1959年划入塔庄公社，1964年恢复为洋里大队。1984年选举建乡后，该队隶属省璜乡政府，成为其下属的村民委员会。[2]
