建功村隶属福建省福州市闽清县省璜镇，在县境西南部，临近岭里水库下游。[1][3]
2022年12月，该村被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建功村历史上称土堡寨。民国时村内编有三个甲，遂称三甲。1958年改为建功大队，寓意为国家建功立业、多作贡献。1984年设立村民委员会，即为建功村村民委员会。[1]
宋代这里属永宁乡盖平里，元代称九都土堡寨村，清朝归旌良乡管辖；民国时属合龙乡岭寨保。1958年隶省璜公社，队名为建功大队，其后虽几度划归塔庄公社，队名始终未变。1977年省璜公社复设，1984年选举建乡，建功大队便成为省璜乡下辖的村民委员会。[2]
