省璜镇是福建省福州市闽清县下辖的镇，位于县境南部，距县城约44公里，镇政府驻省璜村。全镇辖合龙社区和26个行政村。[1][4][5]

镇域面积，据百度百科为102.02平方千米，据博雅地名网则为约116.7平方公里，两者均未注明年份。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代此地属永宁乡盖平里，元代分都时分为八、九、十都。明代八、九都与奉政乡同为一个统啚，十都与寿宁乡同为一个统啚；清代有18个村隶旌良乡，10个村隶淳化乡。民国初年归第三区第四团，1936年改属第二区署，并于1940年设合龙乡。[2]

新中国成立后的1950年，此地划归第四区，设胜利、玉岭、谷口、周洋等乡，1952年改属第六区。1958年这里并为省璜大乡，当年9月组建省璜人民公社；1959年随之并入塔庄人民公社，此后公社名称几经变动，直到1977年才恢复为省璜公社的建制。1984年经选举后建立省璜乡。[2]

2000年12月，省璜乡改设为省璜镇。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

省璜镇在闽清县南部，东与永泰县大洋镇相连，南接永泰县霞拔乡，西邻上莲乡，北与池园镇接壤，东北与塔庄镇相邻。[1][3]

省璜镇于2022年12月获评「2022年福建省森林城镇」，并在2014年9月由环境保护部认定为「2012年—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」。[1]

据百度百科，截至2019年末，省璜镇户籍人口为20113人。[3] 第七次全国人口普查的乡村人口统计中，省璜镇乡村人口为10241人。[7]

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网的乡情介绍，镇内农业以水稻、水果为主，竹木资源丰富，乡镇企业曾有竹编、水电、瓷器和建筑等业。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

八都合龙桥位于省璜村，始建于南宋乾道年间，历代多次重建，1981年县政府拨款修缮。桥为石墩结构，上覆桥亭，双龙为脊，桥长53米，宽3.2米，是福州地区现有亭桥中最长的一座，为县级文物保护单位。[6] 据博雅地名网，该桥在清康熙三十八年（1699年）曾经重建。[8]

娘寨是一座建于明朝嘉靖年间的寨堡，占地约7700平方米，平面近似方形，寨墙高约8米。寨内的主体建筑与一圈偏房连成回字形的两层布局，前后各设一座石砌门洞。[6]
