历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，此地原由两个自然村合并而成，两村各取一字，合为洪安。[1]
1984年起改设洪安村委会，隶属坂东镇。1958年设洪安大队，归坂东公社；1950年归第五区墘安乡；民国时属玉文镇墘安保。明清时称六都洪厝里。[1][2][4]
文化[edit]
2022年10月，洪安村经福建省农业农村厅认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2024年2月，该村列为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象。2025年11月，洪安村获「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」认定。[1]
