前埔村是福建省福州市闽清县坂东镇下辖的行政村，村名因其前方的一片埔坂而得。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，数百年前，一位始祖在山麓一带落户，因屋前有一块埔坂，取名前埔。[1]

明清时称六都前埔。民国时属玉文镇墘安保，1950年归第五区墘安乡。1958年设前林大队，属坂东公社；1980年另设前埔大队。1984年7月起由村委会管理，隶属坂东镇。[1][2]
