楼下村是福建省福州市闽清县坂东镇下辖的行政村，村名来自许氏家族分家后形成的一处新居。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，古时许氏祖先的三个儿子成家时分割房产，依前厝、下厅、楼下埕三份分配，后代便以这三处厝号称呼各房。其中楼下埕一房另择新址，新址也叫楼下埕，之后逐渐简称为楼下。[1]

1984年7月起由村委会管理，归坂东镇。1963年另设楼下大队；1958年并入坂东公社的文定大队；1950年属第五区文定乡；民国时期归玉文镇文定保。明清时称三都楼下村。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，楼下村获得「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。该村同时列入福建省爱卫办2023年12月的公示名单。[1][4]
