福斗村是池园镇下辖的行政村。相传村中有一块形似斗的岩石，石缝里时常渗出白米，乡人盼望福运，便称此地为福斗[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
明清两代，此地归十五都辖。民国时，它属清溪乡的一个保。1950年起归第三区福林乡，两年后改隶第四区的福林乡。1958年9月并入池园公社；1961年单独成立大队；1984年7月才改为村委会，纳入池园镇[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2025年5月，福斗村以红芽芋入选福州市2025年市级“一村一品”专业村名单[1]。
