历史沿革[edit]
梅坂之名出自一段合并的历史：当年两个相邻的村子曾合为一个大队，各取一字，定名为“梅坂”[1]。
明清时称十五都；民国时此地隶属清溪乡，设有一个保。1950年并入前石乡，归第三区管辖；1956年成立高级社，1958年建梅坂大队，列入红旗公社。1959年后改由白中公社管理，1984年7月设梅坂村委会，此前隶属白中乡人民政府；1990年撤乡改镇，归白中镇政府管辖[1][2]。
