历史沿革[edit]
白汀原名“百厅”。据载，此处旧宅曾遭官府查办，房屋被焚毁成为废墟，此后改名“白汀”[1][3]。
明清时此地称十五都，民国设保汀保，隶属清溪乡。1950年划归第三区白中乡，1956年组建高级社，1958年建白汀大队，隸属红旗公社；1959年转由白中公社管辖，1984年设白汀村委会[1][3]。
白汀村于2021年12月获评「2021年度福建省森林村庄」[1]。
